885 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 885 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective: 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 885 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 885's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and 885 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The 885 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. Users who register using false age information may have their accounts closed without prior notice.
2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
To access the full range of 885 services, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 885 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the disclosure of your password to a third party, whether intentional or otherwise.

3. Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 885 platform solely for lawful purposes that comply with applicable laws in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
885 reserves the right to take action against any user who violates these rules, including immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account in question.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 885 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 885 supports a range of local payment methods, including online bank transfers and approved digital wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring they use payment methods registered in their own name.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method. 885 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
For withdrawals, users are required to fulfil the specified verification requirements before a withdrawal request can be processed. 885 reserves the right to reject or suspend any withdrawal request that appears suspicious or does not meet the stated requirements.
In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction, users must submit a complaint within 30 days of the transaction date. Late complaints may not be considered.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability: 885 makes no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, free from errors, or suited to every user's specific needs. To the extent permitted by law, 885 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Intellectual Property: All content on the 885 platform — including logos, graphics, interface designs, text, and software — is the exclusive property of 885 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links: Where the 885 platform contains links to third-party websites or services, those links are provided for informational convenience only. 885 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
6. Account Policy, Amendments & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure: 885 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account immediately and without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason deemed reasonable by 885. Any remaining balance in an account closed due to a breach of terms will be subject to case-by-case review.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the 885 support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.
Amendments to Terms: 885 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Users are advised to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
